Yeah you are right, in normal daytime driving there are no lights glowing on the car whatsoever, of a nighttime, when the headlights are switched on the tail lights and headlight operate, there are no orange markers, reflectors or anything. The orange turn signals only operate when turning, or when the hazards are switched on, no other reason.
