The air cleaner on my 190e 2.6 is different to the air cleaner on my 260e W124. Different profile - even the cleaner element is different.

The housing sits smaller to fit under the bonnet (hood) of the 201

I would suggest the W124 and W126 ones may be the same however not the case between W124 and W201.
