Now you are talking my language!! I love the old ones. I am thinking about pulling the trigger on another 560 SEC I have found for sale, I was up to 12.30 am this morning, detailing it and working on it, now it's a decent 5 foot car, a nice driver; These do clean up pretty well.
171k on it, straight body, sold new at the Mercedes Benz dealer in Bakersfield, an '89 199 Pearl Black/268 gray, bone stock, straigt unrusted lifetime Calif car, excellent price, runs out well and I finally got it to clean up nice.
I was exhausted, and slept like the dead, slept the sleep of an honest worker, like a guy that works with his hands. A PPI and trip to the DMV for a new sticker is on tap this morning.
Why another pearl black one? It runs out good, cleans up pretty good, and there is this girl I like, who needs a car. We'll see.
