7 spoke or 7 hole wheels. NOT 16" these are definitely 17"

Anyone know what the offset is?
I assume they have a round ball seat , but 12mm or 14mm lugs?

What do I need to do to make them fit a w126.

I currently have 17" ET38 W210 E430 wheels on my W126, directly on, no spacers, no problems.
