Steak, grilled over a charcoal fire with butter slathered around it for the smokey flavor. Rare, of course. Baked potato with butter and a little sour cream with a sprinkle of bacon. That or buttered Jasmine Rice. Or buttered Jasmine, either works.
When you start, the potato or the rice is yellow from the butter but as the meal progresses, the rice or potato gets a red tinge from the blood of the steak.
To finish off the meal, sit down and relax with a nice bottle of chilled Eiswein.
