Loosen the Hard Line Nuts and see if you are getting Fuel up to the Injectors. This will also Bleed the air from between the IP and the Injectors.
Even if the IP happend to be out of time you should still get Fuel up to the Injectors.
If you are getting fuel to the Injectors and it is still not starting I would check to make sure the IP was timed on the Compression Stroke of #1.
