If you're going to drive it twice a week, you shouldn't have to do anything special, as long as at least one of those drives is long enough to get everything up to full operating temperature.
In the Seabees, we have a status called Live Storage where equipment mostly sits unused and gets operated once a week. A five mile minimum drive for road-going pieces is used to get everything good and warm. As long as this program is followed, everything seems to work out pretty well unless the piece has been stored for many years. Dead storage, where the thing just sits in a warehouse for years or decades is a different matter.
