Not very impressive for a "high pressure system".
I'm expecting to see a spray of fuel. Shouldn't that be so, regardless of timing?
A timing issue I can deal with. Am I expecting too much in the way of pressure? Or could the problem be the drive mechanism to the IP spindle?
Because the Hard Line Nut is loose and the cranking speed is slow it is not going to spurt out like it does if you loosen the same Nut while the Engine is running.
Also ounce the Hard Line Nut is loosend it is not so much pressure as it is velocity that would make the fuel spurt out. This is related to the Cranking Speed of the Starter.

If you want to try this- Remove one hard line completely and crank the Engine. The fuel should shoot up out of the IP Delivery Valve Holder 1-2 inches. However, It will not be a large fuel quanity.
If it will spurt out like that you are getting enough fuel.

Have you tried to see if the Engine will start on WD-40 sprayed in the intake?
