If your 230 is the W110 body style, the 190c diagram would be nearly identical to the 190c, and the 200 would be identical. The 230 had emergency flashers and a low brake fluid light where the 190c didn't, and the diagram may show a generator rather than an alternator. The 190c had side marker lights where the 230 didn't. I believe the high beam switch was on the floor of the 190c rather on the turn signal stock of the 230. Other than that, the differences are very minor.
