You will have good luck with Cartrol 20/50 on that engine. [ unless in winter climates]
And Dextron/Mercron -3 ATF is fine for trans
I will see if I can look up capacities.
Crankcase ..Max 4.25 quarts
Filter - 1 pint
Man trans - 3 pints
Auto - 7.5 pints
