ABS, ESP, air bags, and Euro emissions and crash test seals of approval. A diesel Nano Euro is also in the works.

But Ratan Tata is already thinking down the road to biofuels and compressed air. Recently Adil Jal Darukhanawala, editor-in-chief of The Times of India’s ZigWheels.com, asked him about his plans.
K but I know for a fact that in India those are non existent or optional(ABS, ESP and air bags). Not too many indian people are going to be able to afford the upgrades and they crash test those cars at not high speeds. They drive crazy over there in India and I don't think a nano could hold up in 50 mph crash, even with abs and esp, don't see how the air bag would help much too.
