This was about 10+ years ago.At that time in that part of Idaho new tract homes were going for 110-120K...
The bus owner was from the Chicago area,said it was either a place in the forest in Michigan/Minnesota or the bus.
Said the bus was cheaper and he could drive to any forest camp spot he wanted
