Yes there is an external fuse link that jumps the original fuse by connecting under the the block at the terminals. Part number 126 540 30 13

You will be able to put in a 30 amp fuse instead of the 25 amp.
With that said, I think you still might want to check out the health of the blower. Maybe you just need new brushes.
