2 things come to mind,

1. The exhaust downpipe is close to where you say the vibration is felt, moving the engine around during mount replacement may be a factor, try slackening the downpipe to manifold bolts and other exhaust fixings and adjusting.

2. Worn propshaft flex joints, however the vibration is usually felt a little furthe back and is related to road speed, not engine speed.
