The only thing that frustrates me more than someone who asks for your advice on something (because they know nothing about it, and you do) and then doesn't follow it (because it isn't what they wanted to hear) is someone who asks for advice and then ARGUES with your answer.

I have been known to "question" others advice, which I solicited, but only when it is something I am already relatively knowledgeable about and I'm asking for their opinion as a "sounding board". If I don't know anything about it and ask someone more knowledgable I'll generally take their advice as long as it makes sense.
