I have an offer to buy a 1999 wagon. 4-Matic! I have been 'warned' not to ever get a 4-Matic, but with no explanation. Why should I, or NOT consider a 4-Matic.
I currently own a 1989 300te...so I know about the picky rear suspension that it has, but not the 4-matic system.
