It is damn hard to find decent, well kept small time RV parks anymore.
That has been a dream of mine for many years. We have looked into buying acreage down here, what to do, etc... To start it up. But the "good old boy" Florida politicians are pushing out trailers and even RV's out any way they can. They find so many ways to make it impossible to happen or create a new tax... We just gave up on it.
How big is the plot? Are you keeping it natural, clear cutting or other? Full hook ups, pull throughs, 30 or 50 amp service, primitive camping sites, etc...
This is a good place to start advertising!
