It's seems that bad service and bad quality installation is common at Pacific Stereo.
I have a friend that also had a very bad experience with them here at Southbay ( Torrance ). They broke one of his front grills and his dashboard trying to fit some big speakers that won't fit the space even with modifications.
I believe that their problem is hiring not qualified installers in order to make the job cheap for them.
