I went to the dealer and picked up new fuses(cleaned out his stock). When I pulled the blower motor fuse that I had switched with another old one, it came apart in three pieces... so thaaat was my problem
I did replace a few rubber vacuum hose connectors and my push button controls feel much better now. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction guys....much appreciated
