Thats a pretty uninformed statement. If the conversion was done well (he does say 2 tank which is question #1 to ask), it would be a hell of a good deal, at the least its worth looking at the car to get more info. A 617 is probably the best candidate on earth to PROPERLY convert to WVO.

And would you expect anything other than a "dumb" solution from the gov'ment? WVO converted cars should enjoy MORE tax benefits than hybrids. Being that they use existing vehicles as opposed to new raw materials, run on waste product that is often illegally dumped into the sewers, and also dont require disposal of toxic batteries (which were charged every day of their useful life by dirty coal burning plants). All of that doesnt make lobbyists in Washington rich, though.
