Could it be the front or rear flex disks?

I looked under the car and they seemed ok but I don't know exactly how to test them.

The other thing is the transmission mounting seemed quite flexible when I removed it to do some work on the clutch slave cylinder hose above the gearbox. Is this right or is it supposed to be stiff?
