Failing interior

Well on my 190e the interior is starting to fail. I have re glued the back panels, center pillars, rear cover on the front seats and the driver kick panel. They look like crap now that the heat has gotten to them again. I used Dap Weldwood glue but it's not holding. I think the fabric is just old. So my question is where to go now? Should I just give up and buy factory parts? I think if I got new vinyl it would be too hard to stretch it to the angles, not sure though. Maybe take the factory panels off again and rip the fabric off and cover them with fiberglass? What have you guys done? The door panels are failing as well, at least the fabric on those isn't "floating". I wanna finish my 3.4 stroker for the car but this is starting to annoy me more right now. I just need to get the rods made, don't have the money for that yet.
