How's the condition of the head gasket? I'm sure that once everything gets sorted out with the car and all the little odds and ends get put together, it will offer you years of happy motoring.

Make sure you care for that transmission and it will return the favor in the long run. Fluid and filter changes for the transmission at regular intervals are highly recommended.
