crap on a stick!

(my wife also game me a little sternness over bringing beer and drinking it before driving all the way back to NY.....so i probably won't be bringing any of that fine PBR.....)
Whoa, weird, I'm having the same thoughts ... My idler arm is also creaking to high heaven ... have the kit sitting in my garage and I'm considering trying to replace it right now. I have to leave for work at 5 tonight and will be there until 2 a.m. ... so if I start the job and can't finish it before 5 for some reason, I'm screwed. I'm pretty sure it'll be fine if I leave it alone for the trip ... it's been gradually getting louder for a while, very annoying.

As for the beer, I don't think it's exactly hazardous to drink a beer or two early in the afternoon and then drive home a few hours later.
