I have one, but I am no expert. I'm sure those with more experience will chime in. I can tell you what I have done to my car myself, and I am an average wrencher. Oil changes and brakes are pretty standard. Trans service is a little different in that you will need to use ONLY the specific MB fluid for the tranny, cheapest I have found it is about $15/qt. You will also need to buy a tranny dipstick, yes dipstick, the car does not have one from the factory. Motor mounts are a common replacement on the car and you should be able to do them if you can do your own brakes. Glow plugs... they are a touchy issue. Problem is they can get stuck in the head and break off when you try to remove them. Air filter is simple, cabin pollen filters are easy also, except the carbon filter which (I hear) is more difficult, I have not done one. Hope this helps some. I'm sure you'll hear from others.
