It is so dead that after being on the trickle charger for almost 24 hours it is still not even reched th 80% point, just soild red light. It is a Optima Red Top battery that I would put on the trickle charger about once a month, and some times more often, but I haven't had it on the charger since mid July. I have always had the wife drive out of town for fuel, but not the last month as it was better fuel and cheaper in town. I guess I should have kept up the battery better and not had her filling in town.
My idea was have her dri=ving it out of town 20 miles one way to fuel up to get the car properly warmed up and charged up and clean out the system by a highway drive.
I also found a Vacuum line pulled loose over by the airbox where they is a 3 way connector with one of the lines going to the tranny I believe.
Anyway I was wondering if this car will shut down things like A/C if the battery drops to point too low such as say 9V that a lot of the new cars do. Any idea?

Damm Old Navy. If you lived closer Id be more than happy to help you diagnose that problem, especially since it could be something simple.
Like many other forum members have mentioned, check the large metal strip fuse under the hood. There maybe two (one for aux fans and one for blower). You should check continuity with a tester if they "look" to be ok, just to rule them out. If when you turn on the AC from the push button control unit, and the AC compressor kicks on, it sounds like the problem might be in the blower cage itself (not in the PBU-push button control unit). I have never seen a defective PBU not turn on the blower, just cut the AC. Knowing how healthy the blower motor was a week before could help you. Was it week? Did it squeel at all? Sometimes water gets in there and ruins the motor. Ive seen it happen all too often. But if the blower worked good before it died, that leads me to believe it could be the blower resister, which is right below the blower motor in the cage. It is somewhat of a PITA job to access it. But once your in there, everything is strait forward. It would be a shame to get rid of such a nice car over something that could be potential minor, even so, worst case scenario, put a new blower in for a few hundred and call it a day.
good luck!
