I have seen so far Mb brand and a kit form mercedes source with a little brush etc.

Winter will be here, i plan on removing testing and cleaning rather than just replacing gp's , just to be thrifty at this moment.
If i can learn to clean out carbon deposits as much as possible that may be a good way to save, normally i just do all new glow plugs but that can get expensive, especially since my parts supplier has risen prices at least 30%, according to them the dollar is in such devauation and the euro has not so our parts are now worth so much more.
The reamers are not universal, and depend on the engine your working on. I got mine from Ebay, El Paso tools. As mentioned by other posters, just start it into the hole, and if it starts to bind, just back it out and clean the tip a start over. It is also advised to cover the tip and flutes with grease to grab the carbon as it cuts through. Good luck....
