I am glad to see that you quit smoking. I smoked for 15 years. I dont miss it one bit. My son smoked for about a year and he quit one day. How many ciggeretts where you smoking a day? I use to smoke about a half a pack a day and my son smoked about 5 a day. Thank God we did not get to hooked.
