I was pointed to the rotella-t 15W-30 (or 40? I forget) comes in the gallon jugs with the picture of a big rig on the back. Also told 3,000 miles or 6 months for that. Synthetic will help you crank in the winter and can go for more miles, but not more time (from what I've heard). I only drive 3-6,00 miles a year anyway, so I stick with the conventional oil.
