I have been really intrigued by a few
TED Talks, well more than just a few
at this point, but this particular one I have been sharing with a everyone and wanted a forum to discuss the principles and where we see these Stages around us.

David Logan and colleagues have done research on successful and not so successful companies to find out what creates great companies that make their clients and their workers happy.
David recently did
this TED Talk which is a 17 minute introduction to the principles. If you read the comments you will see some people question the stages and one has to understand he is summarizing a book.
That being said the
audiobook is free from a company you may have heard of, Zappos, and I encourage you to download it because it gets into great detail about the different Stages (1-5) and more importantly, how to nudge your tribes to the next Stage and becoming a tribal leader.
So give it a viewing & listen, let's start some dialog, banter, and discussion because we are an intelligent group of individuals brought together by our common values of well made German automobiles (and funny YouTube videos)!
