I am somewhat nervous about selling a gun. If that gun is put to bad use, You'd be asked what happens to it if it could be traced back to you. Of course, you could always produce the bill of sale, etc, etc but it would be a hassle. When I sell a gun, I do it either on consignment via a gunsmith or to the gunsmith. That way, the trail ends with them and ATF knows where to go besides my door.
