Other than holding their sides up to each other I can't really compare because I cut the old ones in a few places. My guess is they are the same diameter, and if so then why are the "screwed, nipples" smaller? Are they the same diameter for most(all?) of the older Mercedes oil coolers? I've come down with a nasty bug so nothing'll get done until maybe tomorrow or Sunday the. Maybe I can take it to a hydraulics place and have them fit the right size nuts on the hose.
