Since junkyard cars tend to be wet (and you'll never get the mildew stink out out of the foam), check the parts section of this forum for someone parting a car like yours. The foam pieces under the carpet is not a big-demand item; you should be able to get what you need inexpensively. The carpet itself will be a little more work since you will want to match the color but again you should be able to find it used. Worst case, you can have carpet made to fit.
