Last weekend I was reading "The Art of Racing in the Rain" and there's a passage where the main character, a dog owned by a amatuer racer, reflects on why Schumi's accomplishments aren't as highly regarded as other famous GP racers; it was because he was too perfect, too machine like in his domination of the sport, having the best car, best team and expected to win.
