Yeah I do, but just my luck it was out of the car and in my room when we were stuck 
I "practiced" roll starting twice and was successful both trials. I had a steady 10-11 mph going...pre glowed, engaged second gear and popped the clutch and IMMEDIATELY pushed back in and it started right up!
