Thanks, Charlie...

It looks like it's a combination of a thick layer of paint with humidity... Ironically, I did the best job on the lower channel, which runs between the tail-lights - the paint dried pretty smoothly there.

I am considering letting it cure for a couple days and then getting a sanding wheel for my drill and removing a layer off the channel bottom where the paint bubbled and then giving it a thin coating...

The side walls look good, so maybe that isnt necessary... But especially where i had to patch a lot the bottom is kinda rough... So i was considering it...
