Hurt to drive w/ half a sportline?

Mom needs a car and I have decided the smartest thing to do is give her my 300E which I have almost completely rebuilt. The 'almost' is the reason for the post. I installed the front components of a sportline suspension but the rear components are still sitting in my foyer. After 12 years in S. Fla., I am not installing the rear at the end of December in Nashville. I plan to get it aligned, let her drive it until the weather warms up, and then install the rear.

Obviously, I will not do this if there is any danger of driving it in this configuration. I guess I can rent an amphibious assault kerosene heater to finish the job if I have to. Is there any danger in driving a mixed suspension? Given that Mom is around 75 years old, and usually does not go far from home, I really doubt she will be trying to see how hard the car can corner.
