Thanks for the advice LINK but I'm a step ahead of you.. Not a real big smoker - 3-5 cigarettes a day at most, but decided to end it completely. I smoked my last cigarette New Year's Eve at 11:55pm. It's 5:50pm CST new years day as I type this and haven't had a one...
