Huh? I don't know of any cars which use a sealed brake system...
There must be some system to allow air in to replace the fluid when it goes down...

You need to change brake fluid on all cars every 2 years or less.
You can get away with it for years, but there is a deteriation factor here-corrosion, and brake fade (as discussed elsewhere)
