Hey guys, I live in Louisiana so it isn't very cold. Today it was in the 50's and it'll drop to the 40's.

All 4 doors are unlocked, so I can get in and out. I can push the lock down about 1 centimeter, but it pops back up(driver's door), so the door won't lock. I went to my local AutoZone and bought some lubricant(not graphite) which I will try tomorrow, seeing as it's dark and rainy out right now.

I don't exactly know what you mean by if I can "operate from the inside". I'm not very experienced with cars.
