The place has major GTG potential! Big concrete pad in front of the garage ... just begging to be covered with vintage Mercedes. Hopefully the neighbors are cool. The guy next door seems to be into Trans Ams and the guy across the street has a classic Ford Falcon in the driveway, so hopefully they will be sympathetic to the car nut vibe.
