There's a possibility that the test will blow a seal. Also, if there is a weak seal somewhere, the test won't tell you anything about crankcase pressure.
The best objective test on here is the 'fill the garbage bag' test. If you search on it you'll get the size of the bag and the length of time other engines have taken to fill the bag.
