Mine is a piece of junk compared to Matthew's. The drive train is good and it is clean but there are a lot of little things wrong. Plus it has been painted once. They did a horrible job. It looks good till you start looking close.
But, no rust. I have yet to find any....
If I ever run across a super clean 240 with manual windows, manual sunroof and manual A/C controls..... I would keep mine as a parts car and drive train donor.
