I'd need to see it close up and know a lot more about it. Cars this old need to be seen, felt, smelled, and extensively gone over with a fine tooth comb for any weak points, restorations if any, and of course "rust."
It might be worth a ton of money, or a pittance. Visit with the owner, take notes on whatever he tells you about the car, then compare them for validation - if possible.
The pictures tell relatively nothing about the rest of the car - the exterior pictures especially. No dash, glass, engine compartment, trunk pictures, etc.
