The hose you mentioned splits into four and goes everywhere--

Not having aux fan relay might be related to the po thrashing around trying to fix an overheat.

FWIW-- my 2.2 has lots of blowby but runs really very well. Not an eager starter below zero however. I had a tappet noise that cleared up after a period of frequent oil changes and lots of above 3300 rpm driveouts.... but a rough running engine is a bit of a different thing.

If you put your hand on the exhaust manifold when cold, and wait for a bit you can tell which cylinder is not heating up, and thus not firing as it should.

I think you have a lot of oil escaping from the breather tube; there is a grommet there that gets all hard- especially if the motor got hot in the past.

I would pay 500 for the body alone...
