Does it look as if the Nuts are actually lock Nuts that are supposed to be used only ounce?
Also the Copper parts place Nuts are the solid Copper or plated?
There is also a type of Lock Nut that looks like a reglar Nut but it has 4 cresent shaped indentations on one side of the nut mid way between the threads and the out side of the Nut. On these the ID is slightly smaller on that end.
There is also a type that has little bumps on each corner of the Nut. In the above cases they are not supposed to be reused.
