A guy brought in a 1984 450SL to the dealership (there is something wrong with that statement) absolutely beat to death. Not a straight panel on the car. He also got pretty angry when he was told his car didn't exist. I think they offered him $300 which was generous and would have ended up being my money haha because I'm the only one who would have taken it. In response to that offer he said he'd rather set it on fire. IIRC he was looking for over $2,000. My dads friend looked at him and said, we've got two acres of empty gravel lot in the back, gasoline and a match, it's been a slow day and you seem like the type of guy who'd do it. Come on I'm bored. Sadly he didn't do it, and left in a huff.
