Show me another plausible reason to see excess soft-metal wear without extra Fe (solvent induced), AND reagent from the biodiesel process in the oil, and we can talk...
I'd advise working through Terry Dyson, who is the foremost expert in used oil analysis, and would surely shed really good insight (for a cost)...
