Hi,

I just replaced the damper/shock on the fixture in my 300E.
Simple, once I decided to remove the radiator for room to work!
And do adjust it to the correct setting (I think mine was about 30 ft-pounds.)
And also remove the water pump pulley (and maybe another.)
Also keep a 'map' of the belt routing. Mine curves all over the pulleys,
and (IMHO) was not obvious for most belts!
