When I got my 190e both headlamps and assemblies were rotted out and just trashed, so after looking around at headlamps from $300-$500, I located some aftermarket headlamps on e-Bay.
Please don't start the "I told you so." I just need to make it legal so I can drive it, not drop thousands of dollars into it (there is a lot more to do!). Anyway, my problem is that all of the aftermarket headlamps I saw had a 5-node connection where my headlamp connector is only 4 node. Also the corners use a 3 node whereas mine is only two.
Does anyone have a possible solution besides "berate the newbie for buying aftermarket," or, "go buy factory."?
